We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Print Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our Naperville, IL team. In this role, you’ll help turn customer orders into finished products from trimming and assembling printed materials to picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work across print production, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and general shop operations to help ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Compensation is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

• Trim, assemble, package, label, and prepare printed products for shipment.
• Pull, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Process shipments and generate shipping labels using UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory and production materials.
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely, including cutters, pallet jacks, and packaging tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and job specifications are met.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and inventory shortages to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced print production environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, enter data, and learn shipping software.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in print production, manufacturing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, packaging, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience with shipping software, inventory systems, or production equipment is a plus.
