Competitive salary of $65,000 plus performance bonuses can bring your total compensation to as much as $100,000 annually. This is a position in our Indianapolis, IN office.

About the Role: As a Telemarketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our telemarketing team. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a group of telemarketers who are booking meetings for an innovative advertising solution where local businesses sponsor wellness initiatives at their neighborhood stores. Your goal? To drive results, foster a positive work culture, and continuously enhance performance through strategic coaching, technology, and innovative processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Motivate: Bring high energy to the team, fostering confidence and resilience to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
• Coach & Develop: Provide hands-on coaching on call scripts, communication strategies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Dialer Management: Optimize dialer systems for maximum performance and efficiency while staying on the cutting edge of new technology.
• Track Performance: Set and monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and making quick decisions to maintain top-tier performance.
• Script Optimization: Work with existing scripts, tailoring them based on team strengths and feedback for optimal effectiveness.
• Recruitment & HR: Manage the hiring process, ensuring the right talent is onboarded, and make HR decisions to maintain a high-performing team.
• Innovate: Continuously seek creative ways to improve processes, technology, and team performance.
• Floor Management: Provide real-time feedback by actively listening to calls and offering coaching to enhance performance.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Leadership: 3+ years of managing telemarketing teams with a track record of exceeding KPIs and driving results.
• Expertise in Dialer Systems: You know the ins and outs of dialer technology and how to optimize it for productivity and performance.
• Coaching & Development: A natural mentor, you’re skilled at motivating and developing people to achieve their best.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with managing telemarketing tools and technology, always looking for ways to improve.
