The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordinating campaign operations under the guidance of the Campaign Operations Manager and Director of Campaign Operations. This role involves monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to company and client standards and requires the ability to resolve problematic situations promptly. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Compensation is $45,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Campaign Operations Manager and the Director of Campaign Operations in administrative duties and processes.
Verify completion of campaign installation and help resolve post-installation issues.
Focus on escalation and exception management within your assigned territory.
Support interdepartmental communication and collaborate with regional teams to meet goals.
Monitor campaign progress and report on team and project performance.
Onboard and train new independent contractors, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
Manage the independent contractor relationships within assigned territory.
Communicate with the Customer Care Team and facilitate problem resolution.
Collaborate with department leads to build and validate SOPs and Training Materials
Establish and set pay for independent contractors within budgetary guidelines
Review photos and guide independent contractors to correct mistakes
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time and project management skills.
Attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement.
Ability to identify and resolve complex situations and escalate concerns when necessary.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.
Experience with spreadsheet software such as Excel.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience or one (1) year in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative support role.
At least two (2) years of experience working in Excel with intermediate skills.
1 year of experience in Operations/Logistics/Project Management or similar role.
