National Project Coordinator

Department: Media Operations
Location: Naperville, IL

The National Project Coordinator oversees and manages national client campaigns from initiation through successful completion. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Terraboost Media’s advertising solutions for high-profile national and regional accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness. The Project Manager will communicate project scope, manage resources, and track campaign progress to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Compensation is $60,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and promote continuous improvement across Media Operations.

  • Manage, and mentor campaign team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project timelines.

  • Coordinate, create and distribute work orders for campaign-related activities, ensuring clarity of expectations and timely posting/takedown of national campaign.

  • Provide stakeholders with installation and continuity reports to keep all parties informed on project status.

  • Identify, document, and resolve campaign issues promptly to maintain project flow.

  • Manage competing priorities by balancing team member workloads and project deadlines; proactively communicate challenges with senior leadership to devise effective solutions.

  • Consistently update campaign management systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency for all project stakeholders.

  • Oversee the flawless execution and prioritization of national campaigns for high-profile clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Team to stay informed of client needs and anticipate deliverables.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time and project management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to navigate complex situations, balancing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solver with the foresight to identify potential issues early.

  • Self-motivated with the drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, with advanced skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel). Experience with Monday.com and SQL is a plus.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts, with a focus in a relevant field of study.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience. PMP or CAPM certified is a plus.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a leadership position.

  • Advertising agency experience preferred.
