Sales Recruiter - Temporary FT Position

Terraboost Media is looking for a seasoned Recruiter for an exciting temporary opportunity! If you have a knack for identifying top sales talent, this will be an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping us to build a high performing sales team!

Terraboost Media operates a massive place-based media network in most major US supermarket chains, pharmacies (including all Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens), shopping malls, airports, health clubs (LA Fitness), and more. The place-based billboards dispense sanitizing wipes to consumers, leading to 80%+ consumer engagement. The networks provide tremendous scale, hyper-targeted locations, engaged impressions, and low CPMs.

This is a flexible opportunity (40) hours per week, that can be worked remotely within the United States.

The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who demonstrate the skills, experience and cultural fit necessary to thrive in our organization. Responsibilities include advertising jobs for contractor and employment roles, conducting screening calls and scheduling interviews. You should have experience in the full recruitment life cycle and various recruiting methods.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with HR Manager to determine hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and employment ads to attract top talent.

  • Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources; LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Clear Company, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screen applications and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Select most qualified candidates for hiring manager, based on criteria of high performance in sales.

  • Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

  • Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions.

  • Process contractor agreements and onboard new Independent Sales Contractors.

  • Process offer letters and onboard new employees.

  • Update Hiring Spreadsheets and candidate records in ClearCompany on a daily basis.

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

  • Complete reference checks, if necessary.

  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of best recruiting practices, including sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • General understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • At least three years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking system. Experience with ClearCompany preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a stationary position, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

  • This position will require prolonged periods of operating a computer/keyboard/mouse/monitor and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, computer printer, and telephone.

  • The person in this position must occasionally move about the office to access office machinery or attend meetings.

  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, but employee may be required to travel to off-site meetings for business purposes.
